I just don't understand why everyone is only saying where is the soca. I just don't. This is not a caribbean competition, it's international many folks don't even understand words soca artists sings so he cannot sing Soca alone. He started with his jazzy soca so relax am sure as time goes by he will showcase our sweet SOCA music to the world as we know it.. I also think he might choose songs he can remix and turn it to soca music. Give the guy a break it's a competition so he has to take the advice he's given also... relax folks he's got this and am proud of what he has done thus far. 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹

I actually wish he had done one of his other original songs, though. Rather than this particular song.

Nothing wrecks my nerves more than ppl who sees the glass as half empty....the mere fact that ola has reached that far .means he iz doin sumn rite..whether he sing soca or not...or sings the whole song...or piece...it doesnt matter...if yall cant bring good and positive energy...then hush

This competition is nothing compare to soca monarch. Soca artists have energy, crowd interaction and creativity. Its just a normal fete for Ola 😆 good work.

Olatunji we are very proud of you in Trinidad and Tobago. For the negative commentators you have no idea the sweet soca fireball that is about to be unleashed on Europe. Patience is a virtue.

For the negative cmments just remember he has reached this far through judges who are not caribbean people. Therefore him being in the top 16 after so many people auditioned its a great great achievement. I am a Proud Trini no matter the outcome.

Oh gosh I am praying he keeps that chair. All he needs is to get to the next round and he has it.

I enjoyed it even though it was short. I don't think this video showed his full performance though it looks edited because you can see that the crowd was really hyped up, even his fellow contestants loved his performance. I hope he makes it because I know he will have something great in store for the finals. As Simon said we need someone like him in the competition he brings a different vibe, it doesn't seem like the same singing that we hear over and over again. He is a great entertainer.

Had go and listen to the original version of this song because they only shown highlights from his performance. I can just imagine how great he was. Such an amazing personality and performer. Go get that crown Ola you deserve it.

We love you Ola. You are so loved and we Trinis are so proud of you. We really are rooting for you. Just by being in the Top 16 you have done yourself proud as well as Trinidad and Tobago. You just soar like an eagle.

He did well but he has to be more in control of his vocals to much dancing can leave you out of breathe and he does have a good voice for singing its not ' all about dancing and entertaining alone you got to have the full package
